Finishing operations for final properties. Heat treatment, CNC machining and surface treatments.

  • Quality control

We verify accuracy and material properties. CT inspection, metrology and production documentation.

LPBF technology

Production is carried out using LPBF technology – Laser Powder Bed Fusion.

This method uses a high-power laser to gradually melt thin layers of metal powder and create precise metal components directly from a digital model. We use the industrial TRUMPF TruPrint 2000 system, which enables the production of highly precise titanium parts with complex geometry and high mechanical strength.

Material

The primary material is titanium alloy Ti6Al4V, including the medical-grade ELI variant.

This material is known for its high strength-to-weight ratio, excellent corrosion resistance and very good biocompatibility. Thanks to these properties, titanium is ideal for aerospace, medical and technical applications.

Metal powder for LPBF additive manufacturing

TruPrint 2000

Highly productive 3D printing system by TRUMPF for industrial production of metal parts using Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF) technology.

A square build volume of 200 × 200 × 200 mm allows efficient use of space and higher print capacity.

The TruPrint 2000 is ideal for biocompatible implants, topologically optimised parts and complex structures that cannot be made by conventional methods. Its robust process and high output quality make it a reliable basis for certified production in demanding industries.
