Complex geometries from metal powder

LPBF enables production of parts with internal channels, multi-port blocks and organic shapes that would be difficult or impossible to achieve through conventional machining.

By progressively melting layers of metal powder, fully functional components are created directly from a digital model – from prototype to small-series production. Typical examples include manifold blocks, cooling structures, brackets and parts with integrated functions in a single body.

On the industrial TRUMPF TruPrint 2000 system we primarily work with Ti6Al4V alloy. We support every project with data preparation, print orientation optimisation, manufacturing, post-processing and quality control according to your requirements.
