Implants from metal powder

LPBF enables orthopaedic components with internal lattice structures, smooth articulating surfaces and precise geometry directly from a digital model.

Titanium alloy Ti6Al4V (ELI) offers high strength, biocompatibility and corrosion resistance. Typical applications include joint replacements, cranial implants and reconstructive parts after trauma.

Production on the TRUMPF TruPrint 2000 is complemented by data preparation, post-processing and documentation to meet project and regulatory requirements.
