At Power Tech we deliver comprehensive processing of metal parts and assemblies – from the first design or drawing through to final delivery. We use technologies for precise laser cutting and CNC sheet bending, followed by welding, kitting and surface treatments. CNC laser cutting of sheet metal

For precise cutting of metal materials we use the industrial TRUMPF TruMatic L3030 laser. The technology enables fast, accurate sheet processing with a clean edge and high repeatability, even for more complex shapes.

Laser cutting capacities:

  • maximum sheet size: 3000 × 1500 mm
  • mild steel: up to 20 mm
  • stainless steel: up to 12 mm
  • aluminium: up to 8 mm

CNC bending and press brake forming of sheet metal

For precise forming of sheet metal parts we use the TRUMPF TruBend 5170 CNC press brake. Modern process control delivers high bending accuracy, repeatability and stable quality in both one-off and series production.

Press brake capacities:

  • maximum sheet size: 3000 × 1500 mm
  • processable material thicknesses depending on material type and process design
  • suitable for precise bends on simple and structurally demanding parts
